Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the commercial IT services provided by Palm Beach IT Services LLC. By scheduling a service call, you agree to these Terms.

1. Commercial Service Scope

Palm Beach IT Services LLC provides on-site commercial IT support. We perform physical infrastructure maintenance and workstation configuration at the business location or designated remote workspace. We do NOT offer remote technical support. All services require physical technician presence.

2. Appointments & Access

Services are by appointment only. An Authorized Representative of the business or account holder must be present at the location during the service visit.

3. Data Backup & Liability

Client Responsibility: You understand that IT maintenance involves inherent risks. It is the sole responsibility of the client to back up all mission-critical data, databases, and files before the technician arrives.

Limitation of Liability: Palm Beach IT Services LLC is NOT responsible for any corporate data loss or corruption. We provide infrastructure and hardware solutions only.

4. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on professional labor. This warranty covers defects in the workmanship. It does NOT cover software conflicts, malware, or physical damage caused after the service visit.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the on-site service unless corporate invoicing terms have been agreed upon in writing.
