Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Palm Beach IT Services LLC. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Scope

Palm Beach IT Services LLC provides on-site hardware repair and maintenance for computers, laptops, and peripherals. We perform physical repairs at the client's location (home or office). We do NOT offer remote support, online technical support, or phone-based troubleshooting.

2. Appointments & Access

Services are by appointment only. An adult (18+) must be present at the location during the entire service visit. Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or if the device has been tampered with in a way that makes repair impossible.

3. Data Backup & Liability

Customer Responsibility: You understand that hardware repair involves risks to data. It is your sole responsibility to back up all data, software, and files before the technician arrives.

Limitation of Liability: Palm Beach IT Services LLC is NOT responsible for any data loss, corruption, or recovery. We provide hardware services only. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the service.

4. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on labor and replaced hardware parts. This warranty covers defects in the parts installed and the workmanship of the installation. It does NOT cover:

• Software issues, viruses, or operating system errors.
• Physical damage caused after the repair (drops, liquid spills).
• Issues unrelated to the specific repair performed.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the on-site service. We accept major credit cards and cash. We do not offer billing terms for residential clients.

6. Brand Independence

We are an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or acting on behalf of Apple, Microsoft, Dell, HP, or any other manufacturer. All trademarks used are for descriptive purposes only.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
